One on One at Your Preferred Location
Choice of an online or in-person session (San Diego, CA). Online is excellent for flexibility. In-person offers more props, including a grounding mat, and an option to incorporate the Pilates Reformer into your session.

Clothing and Props
Loose comfortable clothes (Pilates and yoga attire) are recommended. Many exercises are done barefoot or in socks. The only prop necessary for online sessions is a yoga mat. But others props, such as a strap and yoga blocks can be helpful if you have them.
